HYDRA ‘HELLA COOL’ GUARANTEE
HYDRA Tactical is introducing a return policy unlike any you’ve ever seen before: the HYDRA Hella Cool Guarantee. We will DOUBLE the manufacturer’s warranty of every item we sell. For example, if a manufacturer offers a 60 day warranty, we will extend that to 120 days. If an item is already covered by a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty you’ll still be able to return items through us!
For ANY return you need to make, whether covered by a warranty or not, you will be able to handle that through HYDRA Tactical. We will not redirect you to a manufacturer or not try to help you out with a defective item ourselves. We’re not just a middle man for taking orders, we’re here to help you out until long after a purchase is made.
If you need to return an item that is OUTSIDE of a manufacturer’s warranty but still covered by the HYDRA Hella Cool Guarantee we reserve the right to FIRST offer you a replacement of the item, if available. If not, we will offer a store credit for the original purchase price (less any applicable shipping costs) to be used on ANY future purchase.
For any items that are not covered by any type of manufacturer’s warranty, our return period extends to 60 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund within your return period, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (not including the shipping materials originally used).
To complete your return, we need some type of proof of purchase. Order numbers or order confirmation emails are both great ways to prove your purchase. Even if you don’t have these, email us with as much information as you can provide about the original purchase and we can always try to locate your order for you.
Generally, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Our policy is to have you request that your order be cancelled and you can place a new order. That way, we can be sure the items you actually want are in stock.
We process exchanges as best we can with the available inventory on hand. Sometimes we find it easier to offer a refund on the original item purchased and allow you to make a new order with the item that you wish to receive instead. This can prevent confusion if items are different prices or have different shipping costs, for example.
HYDRA accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments.
Shipping & Delivery
HYDRA offers FREE ground shipping for all U.S. domestic orders that total $40 USD or more. International orders are shipped using USPS. You are responsible for any duties or fees at customs. HYDRA serves all U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and dispatching your shipment. Additionally, HYDRA does not process orders over the weekend or holidays as we are usually closed to allow our team some time off, too.
For orders less than $40 USD, a shipping fee of $6.95 will apply.
Expedited shipping options are available and will be shown during the checkout process to allow you to choose the service that best fits your needs.
We try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but if the merchandise you ordered ends up being out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, HYDRA will contact you.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, if you have provided the correct email. If you do not receive your tracking number, log in to your account and check if your email is incorrect. You may also see your tracking information online in your account.
Invalid Tracking Numbers
This sometimes happens if you try to track an order after we've sent you the tracking number but it hasn't actually been picked up by the carrier yet. Once a tracking number is established with a carrier, they actually need to scan the label for the tracking number to begin working. If you get this message trying to track your package, try again the next day and it should work.
Returned To Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to HYDRA by the carrier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
If you refuse your shipment from HYDRA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to HYDRA.
HYDRA cannot be held responsible for missing packages if the tracking number states the product was in fact delivered to the shipping address provided at the time the order was placed. First, you must contact the shipping carrier to open a case, and we will attempt to assist you from that point forward.
