The exterior features vertical laser-cut slots that accommodate duty belts 2"-2.25" and will not work correctly with anything smaller. The padded and textured neoprene interior creates a comfortable non-slip system that eliminates the need for a velcro inner belt. If additional support is needed, four vertical velcro keepers are evenly spaced on the inside of the pad.

The minimalist belt pad is not designed to fit completely around your waist. Instead, it should be worn where the ends of the pad rest on your hip bone.
